Sponsored Video - Heineken - The Candidate

Here's a new ad by Heineken called "The Candidate"...  not the 1972 Robert Redford movie (Which I'm sure was your first thought) but a new video about their search for a intern.

The video chronicles the unorthodox tests and questions that candidates are put through as part of the interview process. How unorthodox you ask?  Well things like subjecting them to fire drills and medical emergencies and the interviewer insisting on holding their hands. Sure when Heineken does it, its funny but when I do it I end up charged with harassment... of course my intern applicants were all female and I wasn't wearing any pants but still, talk about a double standard.

Anywho, you should check it out, maybe you'll get some ideas for the next time you have to conduct interviews.
